At Bluecoat Sports we offer 60+ fitness classes per week, from Les Mills Body Combat to Indoor Cycling. Exercise classes are a great way to stay motivated in fitness and are also fantastic for meeting new people. Members receive these classes free of charge and Non Members can pay to attend. Classes can be booked 7 days in advance by Members and 5 days in advance by Non Members. Some of our popular exercise classes include body combat, boxercise, circuits, legs bums and tums, body pump and kettle-bells. Fitness classes are free for all members of Bluecoat Sports. Our classes are aimed at people of all ages and abilities and cover a wide range of disciplines. These include Aerobic, Mind and Body, Core Stabilty, Strength, Racquets and Water Fitness.
