Step Aerobics was innovated in 1989, and is recognised by its use of an elevated platform (the step). Unlike many other forms of exercise, Step Aerobics requires no special guidance or training, and is more enjoyable than regular aerobics because the steps add to the range of motions; keeping the class from getting boring.
Our instructors will prepare various routines to work your whole body and provide you with a great cardio workout, suitable for any level. The height of the steps can be altered to offer more intense movements and burn more calories. A big plus is that Step Aerobics does not place the joints under severe pressure, which is why this class has become so popular.
