Receptionist

We are hiring from a Receptionist within our Front of House team on a casual contract basis.

As the face of our business, you’ll be the first to greet our members with well-developed interpersonal skills as well as excellent personal presentation. You’ll be calm under pressure, friendly and approachable. Ideally, you’ll already have successfully undertaken a similar customer focused role and have cash handling experience. You will have a professional telephone manner and great communication skills to deal with a variety of queries, bookings and club events. Organisation, numeracy and IT proficiency are essential as you will assist with membership sales and administration.

Based on a 2-week rota, shift times are as follows :

Week 1:

Monday           17.00-22.00  

Thursday         17.00-22.00

Saturday          07.00-12.00

Saturday          09.00-14.00

Week 2:

Wednesday     17.00-22.00

Thursday         17.00-22.00

Friday             07.00-13.30

Saturday          07.00-12.00

Saturday          09.00-14.00

Shift durations vary from 3 hours to 7 hours.  The availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.  Hours of work will be dependant on the needs of the business and individual availability.
