Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, promoting a strong body core.
This 5 week course takes participants through the fundamentals of Josef Pilates teaching and will provide you with the techniques and understanding to attend the weekly classes or higher level courses.
