Do you want to get fit and tone your body whilst having fun? Our fantastic range of high and low-intensity aerobics classes offer full body workouts with many health benefits, such as strengthening muscles and reducing stress whilst getting the heart pumping!

Aerobic and cardio exercises help you keep your weight at a healthy level, and physical activity reduces your risk of developing some diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes.

With a healthy body comes a healthy mind! Not only does aerobic exercise keep you fit physically, but it also helps to reduce stress and helps boost your mood. They’re free to book for all full members and can also be booked on a pay-as-you-go basis for anyone else.

Cardio Tennis

Hit the court, improve your tennis game, and break a sweat simultaneously with Cardio Tennis! Led by experienced Tennis Coach Alex Fox, this session for all abilities focuses on improving your cardiovascular system, building your stamina and endurance, and honing your tennis skills.

Buggy Fit

This postnatal fitness session offers a supportive space to move your body and connect with other mums. Led by a qualified instructor, it includes low-impact cardio, core and pelvic floor work, and toning exercises using body weight and resistance bands. You must be doctor-approved (typically 6–12 weeks post-birth) to join. Classes run outdoors in good weather, or indoors when it rains.
