Warm-up: 5 minutes on SkiErg

2 rounds: 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

1 minute off between rounds:

  • Dumbbell reverse lunges
  • Wall ball
  • Burpee step-over box
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Goblet squat
  • Gorilla row
  • Plate thruster
  • Alternate V-up
  • Press up
  • Shoulder taps
  • Sled pull
  • Overhead farmer carry
  • Low sled push
  • Heavy farmers carry
  • SkiErg
