Body Combat 100
Friday 27th September 2024, 18:30-20:00
Join us in celebrating the 100th release of Les Mills’ Body Combat on Friday 27th September, 18:30-20:00. This special edition of combat will combine the latest release with our instructors favourite tracks from the past 20 years.

Run Barns Green – 5K, 10K & Half Marathon
Sunday 29th September 2024
We are proud to be sponsoring Run Barns Green for another year. The Run Barns Green Half Marathon, 10K & 5K races take place in Barns Green, near Horsham. Taking place on closed roads, the race will take place through the beautiful West Sussex countryside, passing very close to the Club and through the historic Christ’s Hospital school.

Yard Games 2024
Yard Games is a friendly fitness competition where participants perform a series of strength, endurance, and metabolic exercises to raise funds for local charities. At our 2024 event, our community raised a total of £273.28 for the Olive Tree, a local cancer support charity.
