Our Chair-Based Exercise Classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall mobility in a safe, supportive, and low-impact way. Ideal for older adults, those with limited mobility, or anyone recovering from injury, these sessions offer a fun and social way to stay active.

Senior Indoor Cycling
