This session is the perfect progression from our 0-5 km running session.
Running is one of the most spontaneous and effective forms of aerobic exercise. You can virtually run from anywhere and wherever you are whether it be on holiday, during a lunch hour, part of a group or individually.
Our 5-10 km running sessions include tips and techniques to increase your endurance, stamina and mental focus to cover longer running distances. We will also advise you as much as possible how to avoid those nagging injuries and how to build on your current knowledge. This session will also include specific warm up and cool down exercises.
