Bluecoats 0 – 5km instructor lead running sessions are designed to help the absolute beginner or for those returning to running after an injury or length of time away. Probably the biggest challenge a novice runner faces is not knowing how or where to start, that is where we can help by giving you the guidance you will need and providing you with safe running routes .
