Kettlebells are a freely moveable piece of equipment which are perfect for core strength by adding extra weight whilst performing dynamic movements. They are also extremely versatile, ideal for weight loss, increasing strength, size and mobility.

One of the unique elements is that there are many many exercises you can perform with a kettlebell making it available for a wide range of different fitness levels.

We offer then in our Fitness Suite and our instructors will be more than happy to show you how to use them but we are now offering a new class where you can train with them in a group.
