Circuit training is a form of conditioning, combining resistance training and high intensity aerobics; an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina.

This class is easy to follow and is built around a number of exercise workstations that are completed one after another. Since circuit sessions are so versatile, our instructors can keep the classes interesting and adapt the sessions to provide you with a whole body workout.
