Have you over eaten, had too much to drink, feeling lethargic? Well January 9th 2010 is the day that will help you kick-start the new decade. Bigger and better than ever before with more energy, more fun and more programmes we promise to get your heart pumping with the new releases from the world famous Les Mills BTS phenomenon!
These sessions, open to and FREE to both Members and Non Members of Bluecoat Sports, brings you the new music and new routines for the first quarter of 2010. If you've never tried any of these classes before then the launch is a great way to be introduced to the varying disciplines.
Running Order:
BODYPUMP™ 0900-1000 with CHRIS & ELAINE
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BODYCOMBAT™ 1015-1115 with ELAINE, ALEX & HOLLY
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
NEW BODYATTACK™ 1115-1215 with HOLLY & MARIA
BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
BODYBALANCE™ 1215-1315 with GEMMA & ALEX
BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

If you have not attended Body Pump before you will need to attend 15 minutes early to be shown the basics. Please indicate this when you book your space.
