Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, promoting a strong body core.
This 6 week course takes participants through the fundamentals of Josef Pilates teaching and will provide you with the techniques and understanding to attend the weekly classes or higher level courses.

It is essential that all persons wishing to do Pilates take part in the beginner course to ensure a complete understanding of the principles. Having completed the course you are then able attend the Pilates drop-in sessions.
