Beginners Pilates
Pilates focuses on building a healthy, injury free body by encouraging controlled, concentrated movements performed on a mat. A full body conditioning programme, it centres the body with breathing awareness, promoting a strong body core.
Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength.
Once the Beginners Course is completed, participants are able to attend our drop in sessions running throughout the week.
