Courses

As well as offering over 60 drop in classes on a weekly basis, here at Bluecoats we also offer a variety of courses in a wide number of exercise disciplines.

Courses offer the instructor the opportunity to include more structure into the class and the chance to work with the same people for a sustained period of time.  This consistency can really benefit the participant through improved results and sound technique as well as guaranteeing a place on a weekly basis, enhanced motivation to attend and the chance to connect with, and build a level of trust with the instructor.

Both Members and Non Members are able to book and attend courses and Members receive a discount on the full course cost.
