Other Classes
Boxercise
Boxercise is the world #1 in boxing fitness training which incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact. Even though there is no physical contact, it enables you to feel in control of your body whilst being a superb stress busting workout; suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Our Boxercise classes take place every Thursday evening, where you will participate in a variety of activities including skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, and shuttle runs; to give you a fun, challenging and safe workout.
Indoor Cycling
Indoor Cycling is an endurance based fitness class using high intensity workouts with intervals and recovery periods. Our instructors use music, motivation and enthusiastic coaching to lead you through a ride that best suits your fitness level and goals.
We hold many Indoor Cycling sessions throughout the week, and spaces can be booked by contacting Reception.
Step Aerobics
Step Aerobics was innovated in 1989, and is recognised by its use of an elevated platform (the step). Unlike many other forms of exercise, Step Aerobics requires no special guidance or training, and is more enjoyable than regular aerobics because the steps add to the range of motions; keeping the class from getting boring.
Our instructors will prepare various routines to work your whole body and provide you with a great cardio workout, suitable for any level. The height of the steps can be altered to offer more intense movements and burn more calories. A big plus is that Step Aerobics does not place the joints under severe pressure, which is why this class has become so popular. Our Step classes are held on Monday evenings and Wednesday Mornings, and can be booked at Reception.
Circuits
Circuit training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high intensity aerobics; an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina.
This class is easy to follow and is built around a number of exercise workstations that are completed one after another. Since circuit sessions are so versatile, our instructors can keep the classes interesting and adapt the sessions to provide you with a whole body workout. Circuit training is a fun a refreshing change to most other types of exercise, and is a great way to socialise due to working in small groups.
Circuit classes are open to Members and Non Members, and take place on Monday and Tuesday Evenings, and can be booked through Reception.

Achievements...
The venue for me, Lessons is excellent. The content of the lessons is also excellent. The teacher has done a great job, particularly at building the children's confidence.
