Aqua Aerobics

Come along to these pool exercise sessions and see what benefits pool exercise can have on the body.  This non weight bearing activity is excellent for all round fitness and will certainly get the heart rate up without putting a strain on the body.  Our friendly and experienced instructors can teach all abilities and you can push yourself as hard as you want.

Deep Water Aqua

These sessions use body belts to keep you suspended in the water so that you can use the water pressure to build, tone and recuperate muscle.
